DW Video has been a member of the Mecosta Chamber since 1984.
Wonder if the founders of Mecosta County knew what they were doing – ha ha! According to the Mecosta history website, “In 1852 John Davis purchased 160 acres in Mecosta Township and John Parish purchased 57 acres in Big Rapids. They were the first two permanent county residents. On July 20, 1852, the first family to reside in the county, William and Margaret Brockway and their two children moved into a logging shanty on Mitchell Creek. On February 12, 1853 Alice Victoria Brockway was born to the couple. Alice was the first white child born in the county. In the spring of 1853 the Brockwayís moved to a 200-acre farm in Aetna Township.”
The first chamber president was A. A. Worchester in 1935, he was a local attorney. In 1984 George Keen from SKE was the chamber president when DW Video joined the Mecosta County Area Chamber Commerce. “Barbara Wallace was the first women Executive Director and was the person that signed me up”, states Duane Weed.

Enhance your website with video produced by DW Video.
When producing a video first know your audience. Plan the distribution of the video before you produce it – often the first choice is the web: your website, social media sites. Author a DVD for trade shows, presentations and mailers to families in your market area.
At Camp Bil-O-Wood 130 campers, ages 7 to 17, live in twelve cabins nestled among the beautiful white birch and pine trees along the shores of Bass Lake. The cabins are clean and rustic in style. Cabins have electricity, running water and separate toilets. Male and female shower houses are located nearby. All facilities exceed Ontario Camping Association standards.

From 1984 to the present… Producer/Director Duane Weed loves what he does and it shows.

Instructional videos teach others. This builds your credibility and puts you as the expert.
In August, DW Video Multimedia, LLC will celebrate 30 years in business. Today, an anniversary of a special sort… Brenda and I have been married for 27 years on this date.
Over time many things have changed. However, one thing has not. businesses need to promote their services to both prospects and current customers. During this time DW Video Multimedia, LLC went through changes as well. In 1984, the business began as Duane Weed Productions, then it was Duane Weed Video Productions and finally DW Video & Multimedia.
Just like with promoting with video. Back in the day we were duplicating tens of thousands of VHS copies. Businesses would hand them out as candy to promote their services. One huge problem, sharing. Only if you had the VHS tape would you see their message. Fast forward thirty years and video still means business, with one huge benefit… sharing. Sharing on-line is huge. If it is on your website, sharing on youtube, linkedin and facebook to name a few. Today, your message is available 24/7.
Call Duane at 231-937-5420 to discuss your project. From Corporate-Business Videos to Consumer Videos… we do it all.
Telling your story is what we do. In this example, emotion sells. One producing style we use is keeping it real. Real people, telling real stories.

Medical and Health Care Video produced by Dw Video build trust.
Serving Carson City-Big Rapids-Greenville-Fremont-Grand Rapids-Medical Testimonial Videos produced by DW Video & Multimedia, LLC.
By producing patient stories, in their own words are ideal to building your medical practice. People like to do business with people they know and trust.
Medical and Health Care Testimonial Videos should be 60-90 seconds on average. Up to 2-3 minutes will work based on the content of the testimonial. When we have a patient testimonial that goes long – it is ideal to have part one, part two etc. Each video having a stand alone message that promotes your services.
Some sample questions may include: What do you like best about your Doctor and why? What sets your health care specialist aside from others in his field? Asking follow-up, open-ended questions will help expand their answers. We may ask: “What do you mean?” or “Can you give me an example?” or “How has that been working for you?”
It is important to have a very good release form for the patients to sign is important as well. HIPPA privacy is number one. At DW Video our approach is simple. This is not an investigative report – we instruct patients that this is their story and they are in control of what they share with us.
