According to their website, “You will step back in time to experience the nostalgia of an Old-fashioned soda fountain complete with vintage apothecary shelves that were salvaged from a local drug store operating in the 1800’s. The soda fountain has a marble serving counter and is flanked by porcelain base wooden stools that feature a 10-ft brass foot rail. While shooting this segment the cutest thing happened. Brian and I were done with the interview and b-roll of him making fudge. We wanted to get people at the ice bar. Up to that point the store was busy. When we were ready however, tumbleweeds were found. So, we went out on the street to find a family to be our customers. We found mom, grandma and this adorable little girl. Mom and grandma were not interested in being on video but gave permission for the little girl. The shot when she saw the cone Brian had made was reveled… was a reaction so real – I knew it was the golden nugget shot we were looking for. Real, not stage and yes she enjoyed her ice cream.
