| When
service calls were resulting in hundreds of thousands of
dollars, Electrolux needed to cut these cost. One
way was to provide a training DVD for their set-up and
delivery personnel.
This comprehensive video training DVD covers the set-up of the Side-by-Side (SxS) refrigerator. Our goal was to not only show each step of the set-up process but also train the delivery person on how to educate the customer on how to operate their new refrigerator. Most of those costly service calls are simple items that an informed customer should know, thus cutting down service calls and saving money.
